betsy blake

Ms. Blake received a B.S. in business administration from Bowling Green State University. With the Safelite Group (Safelite AutoGlass) since 1990, the majority of her career has been in supply chain management, with the last five years in operations and national sales. Ms. Blake held two consecutive terms on the board of directors for the American Red Cross of Greater Columbus, where she served on the finance committee and chaired the golf event sales committee for two years, earning her the fundraiser of the year award for 2009 and 2010. She has also served on Safelite’s charitable foundation committee since its inception in 2007 and was just named its chair, effective October of 2017.  Calling North Church of Lewis Center her church home, she is active on the missions and building committees. Ms. Blake and her partner, Gail, have two children attending OSU and reside in Lewis Center.

jessica quinn, esq.

Ms. Quinn has been the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of OhioHealth since August 2014, where she provides executive leadership in the areas of Ethics and Compliance, Internal Audit, and Information Security.  Ms. Quinn received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and her undergraduate degree from Texas State University.  Prior to joining OhioHealth, Ms. Quinn held key positions at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, including her most recent role as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer.  Ms. Quinn resides in Dublin with her husband, Chris, and two daughters. The family attends Dublin Community Church.

todd treon

Mr. Treon is Vice President, Marketing Management for Medicine Shoppe International, Ecommerce, Pharmacy Solutions, and Marketing Services for the Pharmaceutical Distribution Segment of Cardinal Health.  He joined Cardinal Health in 1994 in a field based sales role and progressed with increasing responsibilities before assuming various leadership roles. Mr. Treon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and later earned an MBA from the Fisher College of Business.  From a community perspective, Mr. Treon is very active in coaching youth athletics and is an active parishioner at the Church of the Resurrection in New Albany where he serves on the Men’s Ministry. Mr. Treon and his wife, Kelley, have been blessed with two children and two dogs, and reside in Gahanna.

brian weber

Mr. Weber is the Managing Director, Transmission Development at American Electric Power, focused on business development and corporate growth initiatives. Previous to his current position, Mr. Weber was the Vice President, Commercial and Regulatory of BHE U.S. Transmission, a platform of Berkshire Hathaway Energy Company.  Brian has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a master’s degree in business administration, and is a registered professional engineer. Brian resides in Powell with his wife Carrie and their two children and together attend Christian Fellowship Church.

dan bailey

Mr. Bailey is the Chair of the Bailey Cavalieri LLC law firm in Columbus, where his practice focuses on director, officer and corporate governance matters. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University before achieving his Juris Doctorate with honors from The Ohio State University College of Law.  He is also a member of numerous honorariums and associations, and has served on the LSS Board or committees of the Board since 1993.  Mr. Bailey and his wife, Janice, reside in New Albany and attend All Saint’s Episcopal Church.  They have two children.

debbie ryan

Ms. Ryan has served as VP Global Transportation & Logistics at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. since December 2014. Her previous roles at Ascena include AVP and Director of Transportation and Logistics.  Before coming to Ascena, she held positions at Retail Ventures, Inc. and Kmart Corporation. Ms. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Miami University, Ohio.  She and her husband, Stephen, live in Clintonville and attend Overbrook Presbyterian Church.  The couple has three cats and a dog.

mindi israel

Ms. Israel is Vice President, Enterprise Program Management Office at Alliance Data Card Services, where she is a champion of talent and organizational development, strategic enterprise planning and delivery excellence.  Before coming to Alliance Data, Ms. Israel held positions at Aver Inc. and Microsoft.  She received her B. A. in East Asian Studies from Wittenberg University.  Between Ms. Israel and her partner, Tim, the couple has six children and a dog.  Ms. Israel is a member at Hope Lutheran Church and attends many different churches in the community.

rev. mark diemer

Rev. Diemer has served as pastor of Grace of God Lutheran Church in Columbus since 2003. Before accepting that call, he served at St. Timothy and Ascension Lutheran Churches. Rev. Diemer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Psychology from Capital University as well as a Master of Divinity from Trinity Lutheran Seminary. Currently he is dean, Central Ohio Conference of the Southern Ohio Synod and serves as treasurer of Homes on the Hill board of directors.  Rev. Diemer and his wife, Linda, have two sons and a dog.
