The LSS Network of Hope offers a continuum of services to meet basic needs in our community. From homeless shelters to senior living, we are here to help.

If we do not offer a program to meet your needs, please call your local information and referral agency by dialing 2-1-1.

For those seeking shelter in Franklin County, there is a Centralized Point of Access for single adults and families (adults with children).

Single adults should call 1-888-4SHELTR (1-888-474-3587) 24/7.

Families (adults with children) should call the 24/7 Family Center hotline at (614-253-7970) for assistance.

If you are in need of a free meal in Columbus, please join us at the Faith Mission Community Kitchen (245 N. Grant Ave.) during the following times.

Men – 6:30 – 7:15 (8:30 – 9:30 on weekends and holidays)

Referrals to the mobile pantry can be made one week prior to its visitation date. A referral is not needed to visit the LSS Delaware County Food Pantry. Simply stop in during business hours.

New clients must provide IDs for every member of their household. For adults, photo IDs (Driver’s License or state ID) are expected. For children, birth certificates, Social Security cards, insurance cards or school IDs are accepted. Proof of current address is also requested such as a lease agreement or utility bills delivered by the US Post Office.

Clients who have used the pantry before are asked to provide a photo ID and proof of address with every visit for the person who is shopping.
